The Regenda Group's Petrus Hub Welcome Coordinator position in Rochdale is a part-time, permanent role based at the Hub. You will be the first point of contact for people seeking support and will help them access services and information with empathy and professionalism.
You will coordinate practical support, maintain records, and ensure safeguarding and data protection compliance while working closely with colleagues, volunteers and partner agencies to deliver person-centred services in a

- Compassionate, empathetic, organised and proactive.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience supporting vulnerable people in community, housing, social care or customer facing environment.
- Committed to delivering person-centred support and a non-judgemental approach.
- Confident with diverse individuals, managing records and maintaining professional boundaries.
- Team player.
- Understanding of safeguarding, confidentiality and equality.
- Experience of housing support or multi-agency working advantageous.
