Brampton Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Part-time HR Generalist to join a busy HR team in a manufacturing environment in Stoke-on-Trent. You will provide practical HR advice across the employee lifecycle, ensuring policies and employment laws are applied consistently.

Based at the Stoke-on-Trent site with some travel to other sites, this fixed-term role spans 12-15 months. Hours are 9:30 am to 3:00 pm, with a salary of £22,000 per annum and a range of benefits to support wellbeing and

Qualifications

• Educated to A Level standard or equivalent.
• CIPD Level 5 qualified.
• 3-5 years' experience in an HR function at a similar level.
• Sound knowledge of employment law, HR policies and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to managers and employees.
• Support employee relations matters including disciplinary procedures, redundancy and interpretation of HR policies.
• Promote employee wellbeing and coordinate occupational health activities.
• Assist with disciplinary meetings, take minutes and maintain documentation.
• Review return-to-work questionnaires and escalate welfare or health and safety concerns.
