Job summary

A skilled People & HR Advisor is sought to provide hands-on HR support across the employee lifecycle at Allscreens Nationwide Ltd. You will advise managers and staff while ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation and best HR practices.

Responsibilities include handling employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, record-keeping and policy reviews. Strong communication, confidentiality and IT skills are essential in this SME environment.

Qualifications

• Strong generalist HR experience within SME/manufacturing/engineering preferred.
• Good knowledge of UK employment law.
• Experience advising managers on employee relations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
