Job summary

Anchor is seeking a reliable Housekeeper to join our facilities team for a part-time, on-site role in the United Kingdom. You will maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for residents and staff, following established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.

You will use cleaning products correctly, adhere to COSHH and data protection requirements, and work with the Location Manager to meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• NVQ2 in customer service or cleaning preferred.
• Safe use of cleaning products and COSHH knowledge.
• Understanding of data protection and confidentiality.
• Health & safety awareness in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Ensure locations are clean, pleasant and safe for customers in home environments or communal areas.
• Follow cleaning procedures and health and safety guidelines at all times when using cleaning products.
• Use equipment such as carpet cleaners and other tools as required.
