Qualifications

• Customer service NVQ2 desirable.
• Safe use of cleaning products and equipment.
• COSHH awareness and health & safety basics.

Responsibilities

• Keep the location clean, pleasant and safe for customers.
• Ensure cleaning products are used safely with clear instructions.
• Use cleaning equipment (e.g., carpet cleaners) as required.
