Hywel Dda University Health Board in Carmarthen is seeking a Soft Facilities Assistant to support ward and departmental cleaning at Glangwili General Hospital. The role is 27.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 07:30-13:00, with pro rata salary around £26,300 per annum.

Welsh language ability is desirable; English or Welsh speakers are welcome. Training includes induction and Food Safety Level 2; Welsh language development options are available during employment.

Formación

• Able to demonstrate literacy, numeracy and comprehension skills.
• Basic Health and Safety, COSHH, Moving and Handling and Food Hygiene knowledge, or willingness to learn through on the job training.
• Health and Safety, COSHH, Moving and Handling training.

Responsabilidades

• General cleaning of ward/departmental areas.
• Work as part of the support team and on your own.
• Use cleaning equipment and obtain the Food Safety Level 2 Award (in-house).
