Job Description: Home Care Assistant

Join our team as a Home Care Assistant and make a positive impact on people's lives. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assistance with self-care and taking medications
• Helping clients with personal care
• Accompanying clients to appointments or shopping trips
• Providing companionship

Qualifications and Qualities

We are looking for compassionate, reliable, honest, and trustworthy individuals who are friendly, approachable, and caring, with a desire to help others. A UK driving license and access to reliable transport are required.

What We Offer

• A variety of working patterns, including morning, afternoon, evening, and night shifts
• Competitive pay rates: £13.00 per hour on weekdays, rising to £13.50 after 150 hours; £13.50 on weekends, rising to £14.15 after 150 hours; £26+ per hour on bank holidays
