London Borough of Bromley is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join Pratts Bottom Primary School, working across all key stages including SEND. The role sits within a multi-disciplinary team led by the class teacher and SENDCo, with responsibilities spanning learning support and safeguarding.

The ideal candidate will deliver ELSA interventions and contribute to planning, assessment and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering ELSA interventions.

Responsabilités

• Plan, prepare, deliver, assess, report and mark learning activities for individuals/groups or for whole classes under supervision.
• Work with individuals and/or groups across all key stages, including those with SEND, supporting learning needs and supervising general care.
• Collaborate with classroom staff to implement plans and monitor progress across the school.
