Job summary

Oswald Road Primary School in Manchester is seeking a compassionate, patient and dedicated High Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our welcoming team on a part-time permanent basis. • Ability to adapt support to one-to-one, small groups or classroom settings.

Responsibilities

• Work with Class Teachers and Learning Support Team to provide personalised pupil support.
• Deliver one-to-one, small-group or classroom assistance as needed.
• Use evidence-based interventions and trauma-informed approaches.
• Build trusting relationships with pupils and families, and collaborate with outside agencies.
• Support the rolling needs of the school cohort as required.
