Job summary

The Best Connection is recruiting part-time HGV Class 2 drivers for ongoing work across the UK. Earn £18.13 per hour with £27.20 overtime after 40 hours and nights out paid at £30. AM/PM shifts available, with minimum 8-hour shifts on weekdays.

Pre-loaded vehicles and multidrop routes form the core duties within a safety-conscious team environment. Candidate requirements include holding a valid HGV Class 2 licence, reliability for fixed shifts, and a good grasp of UK driving hours.

Qualifications

• HGV Class 2 licence holder with valid category C entitlements.
• Commitment to shifts/roster patterns and reliability.
• Ability to work safely with or without a team on varied routes.
• Good time management and punctuality for drop schedules.
• Solid understanding of UK drivers' hours rules.

Responsibilities

• UK based multidrops delivering goods per route.
• Pre loaded vehicles and safe handling of loads.
• Ensuring loads are secured and paperwork is completed.
• Perform vehicle checks and basic safety duties.
