A leading fintech company in Greater London is seeking an experienced Head of Legal (Part-Time) to provide strategic legal leadership across the organization. This role involves overseeing legal responsibilities, commercial contracting, and regulatory compliance while supporting a fast-paced, innovative environment. The ideal candidate is a qualified lawyer with at least 7 years of experience, enjoying challenges and driving improvements in a rapidly scaling company. Flexible working options offered including remote work for a portion of the year.

Our Pulse team creates a benchmarking tool used by the likes of Monzo, Starling, NatWest and Tesco Bank. On top of all of that, we’re a media company, our Growth team generate a stream of content that supports our brand and changes the conversation - not necessarily in that order.
As we continue to expand our portfolio of fintech ventures, we are seeking an experienced Head of Legal (Part-Time, 3 days a week, £75k-£85k) to provide strategic legal leadership across our group, and own the end-to-end legal responsibility for the organisation.
This role is ideal for a senior legal professional with deep expertise in corporate and commercial law and risk management , who enjoys operating in fast-paced, innovative environments. You will work closely with executives, venture teams, and external partners to ensure we build exceptional products with strong legal, risk, and regulatory foundations.

We’re looking for someone who will own the Legal Department, and hone it to fully support the business. Legal underpins our governance, risk and safety within the business. In this role, you will significantly impact the business, helping to rebuild our legal department from the ground up. This is an excellent opportunity for somebody to join a rapidly scaling company, own their department and how it’ll be shaped and implemented for the future.
You’ll be working to support a company at the forefront of fintech innovation and digital financial services, whilst enjoying a flexible, part-time role with significant strategic impact.

The pay range for this role is:
75,000 - 85,000 GBP per year (11:FS Group Limited)
