Job summary

Waitrose & Partners in Worthing is seeking a Supermarket Assistant to deliver partner-led service and passion for food on every visit. You will help stock shelves, fulfil online orders and support the store team while providing friendly service to customers.

The role is part-time (up to 30 hours per week, including weekends) with a night premium for shifts between 22:00 and 06:00 at £3.75 per hour and standard pay of £13.00 per hour (£13.25 after 90 days).

Qualifications

• Excellent communication to work with customers and team.
• Willingness to support branch needs and flexible with hours.

Responsibilities

• Stock replenishment to keep shelves full and in place.
• Fulfil online orders for drivers to deliver to customers.
• Reduce wastage by following due diligence and markdowns.
