Job summary

Dryland Surgery is a well-established practice seeking a part-time salaried GP to cover 4 to 6 sessions per week. You will join a dynamic team providing a high standard of care within the GMS framework. Applicants must be autonomous, with GMC registration and a collaborative approach to patient care.

The role emphasises leadership in clinical practice, adherence to GMC standards, and active participation in a multidisciplinary team to maintain excellent patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• MBBS & MRCGP essential and GMC registration in good standing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and with limited supervision.
• Strong time management and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of medical services as defined in the core GMS contract, plus additional services where appropriate.
• Deliver autonomous medical care to the practice population with high clinical standards.
• Lead on clinical auditing and data collection with the team.
• Attend team and clinical meetings and provide short-term emergency cover when needed.
