Job summary

Pilgrims Way Surgery based in Dartford is seeking a motivated Salaried GP on a permanent part-time basis. Join a growing, friendly and supportive team and work three sessions per week. We welcome applications from both experienced and recently qualified GPs.

The role includes managing patient caseloads, conducting surgeries, home visits, and joining GP on-call duties while upholding high standards of care.

Qualifications

• GP qualification and UK registration required.
• Rehabilitation of Offenders Act disclosure may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient caseload for acute and chronic problems.
• Conduct surgery consultations, telephone consultations and home visits.
• Make autonomous decisions, assess healthcare needs, and screen for disease risk factors.
• Provide on-call duties as part of a GP rota.
• Complete all relevant patient admin in a timely manner.
• Comply with policies, ensuring lifelong learning, contribute to audits and clinical standards.
• Communicate with team members, patients and carers in a clear and consistent way.
