Job summary

Highcliffe Medical Centre in Dorset is seeking a Salaried GP to join our forward-thinking practice. The role offers 6 sessions per week, with days to be discussed, supported by a large team of clinicians and nurses.

You will provide NHS general medical services, perform face-to-face and remote consultations, manage chronic conditions, and contribute to team meetings and service improvements.

Applicants must have GMC registration, be UK registered, and committed to high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• GMC registration required.

Responsibilities

• Provide NHS general medical services to registered and temporary patients on the Practice list.
• In consultation with patients and in line with Practice disease management protocols, develop care plans for health.
• Assist in establishing systems to manage common chronic medical conditions.
• Complete clinically related administrative duties for delivery of service.
• Refer patients for further opinions and interventions per Practice protocols.
• Record clear, contemporaneous consultation notes to agreed standards.
