London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine in London is seeking an experienced administrator to provide efficient administrative, logistical and financial support for a portfolio of international research projects. The post is 0.8 FTE (28 hours per week) on a fixed-term contract until 31 May 2028, with potential to extend.

Funded by EDCTP and the Gates Foundation, the role requires familiarity with funder terms and strong organisational skills.

Formación

• Higher education to degree level or equivalent or substantial relevant experience.
• Experience managing and providing support to EC/EDCTP-funded research projects including familiarity with funder terminology.
• Significant experience providing administrative/financial support for research projects.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative, logistical and financial support for a portfolio of research projects with international collaborators.
• Line manage by the Project Manager and report to the lead Principal Investigator.
• Ensure compliance with funder terms and LSHTM policies and procedures.
