Job summary

dnata Catering UK are seeking General Assistants to join our team at London Stansted. This part-time role (24 hours per week) is seasonal with potential extension and a schedule aligned to catering operations for airline customers.

You will support production, equipment, wash, and search-and-seal duties, including packing, stock rotation, cleaning, and paperwork. The role requires standing for long periods and working in a chilled environment, with basic English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Be able to handle pork and alcohol products.
• Be prepared to stand for long periods and have good mobility.
• Be prepared to work in a chilled environment.
• Have a basic understanding of English.

Responsibilities

• Production: Preparing and plating food
• Equipment: Stacking shelves, rotation of stock
• Wash: General cleaning, waste removal
• Search and Seal: Inspecting goods and checking for damages
• Completion of paperwork
