Job summary

Poltronesofa is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Advisor in Rotherham to join our Retail team. You’ll welcome customers, help them select furniture for their home, and deliver an outstanding shopping experience from start to finish.

This role offers 20 hours per week across 3 days with competitive hourly pay (£10.85–£12.71) and uncapped commission potential. Prior furniture sales experience isn’t required, as we provide full training.

Qualifications

• Part-time role requiring strong interpersonal skills and customer focus.
• Ability to help customers find furniture and complete orders.
• Experience in a customer-facing role is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers into the store and assist in finding furniture.
• Accurately process orders and finance applications.
• Work toward sales targets while delivering great service.
• Maintain showroom appearance and safety standards.
