Poltronesofà in Leeds is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Advisor to welcome customers, help them choose furniture, and deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.

This role offers a part-time schedule (16-32 hours per week) with a competitive hourly rate and uncapped commission potential. No prior furniture sales experience is required, and you will be supported by a friendly team in a busy retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers into the store and help them find the perfect piece of furniture for their home.
• Accurately complete customer orders and process finance applications.
• Work towards individual sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Work within the team to deliver a 5 star customer experience.
• Keep showrooms clean and tidy and move furniture when needed.
• Contribute to a warm, friendly, safe showroom environment.
