Poltronesofa in Warrington is seeking a Part Time Retail Sales Advisor to welcome customers and help them choose the perfect furniture for their home. You will deliver an excellent customer experience from start to finish and meet individual sales goals.

The role is 20 hours per week across three days, with strong earning potential through competitive pay and commissions. Previous furniture sales experience is not required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Sales driven with a passion for delivering a 5 star customer experience.
• Experience in a customer facing role.
• A real people person – able to build relationships with customers and colleagues.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers into the store and support them in finding the perfect piece of furniture for their home.
• Accurately complete customer orders and process finance applications.
• Work towards individual sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Work within the team to deliver a 5 star customer experience.
• Keep showrooms looking their best through housekeeping, cleaning and moving furniture when needed.
• Help ensure showrooms are warm, friendly, safe environments for everyone.
• Continuously develop knowledge on poltronesofà products and services.
• Undertake other duties in keeping with the role as required.
