Job summary

Stagecoach Barrow Depot is seeking a Part Time Fueller/Shunter to work 20 hours per week, primarily evenings Monday, Saturday and Sunday 6pm to 12:40am. Overtime may be available during annual leave.

Salary noted as £14.21 per hour on Mondays and £18.59 per hour on Saturdays and Sundays. Primary duties include fuelling buses, shunting/parking, interior cleaning, exterior washing and general premises cleaning at Barrow-in-Furness depot.

Qualifications

• Valid car driving licence is required.
• PCV or HGV licence would be advantageous or proven experience driving large vehicles.
• Flexibility and willingness to work varying hours including lone working.

Barrow in Furness Depot is seeking applicants for the position of a Part Time Fueller / Shunter, working 20 hours per week on an evening Monday, Saturday and Sunday 6pm till 12.40am. (Overtime will be available covering Annual Leave) £14.21 PH Mon, 18.59 Ph Sat-Sun.

The principal duties of the position are:

• Cleaning bus interiors.
• Washing bus exteriors
• Fuelling buses
• Shunting / Parking buses
• Premises cleaning

Applicants must have a valid car driving licence, a PCV or HGV licence would be advantageous or alternatively proven experience of driving large vehicles. A flexible approach to working practices is required due to the varying requirements of the position and some lone working.
