Job summary

282 Cambus Limited in Gazeley is looking for a Fueller/Shunter/Cleaner for the late shift from 16:30 to 01:00. You will be responsible for fuelling, cleaning, and shunting vehicles.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• PCV or HGV licence preferred but not mandatory.
• Flexibility to meet demands of the late/night shift.

Responsibilities

• Fuelling and preparing vehicles for service.
• Washing and cleaning fleet interiors and exteriors.
• Shunting and parking vehicles safely within depot.
• Checking fluid levels and carrying out daily checks.
• Maintaining a tidy working environment.

Job description

Job Title: Fueller/Shunter/Cleaner – Late Shift (16:30 to 01:00)

Location: Stagecoach Peterborough Depot, 351 Lincoln Road, Peterborough PE1 2PF

Shift Pattern: Late shift, 5 days out of 7 (includes weekends)

Salary: £14.29 per hour + enhanced overtime

Responsibilities

• Fuelling and preparing vehicles for the next day’s service
• Washing and cleaning the interior and exterior of the fleet to high standards
• Shunting and safely parking vehicles within depot confines
• Checking fluid levels and carrying out basic daily checks
• General premises cleaning and maintaining a tidy working environment

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is essential
• PCV or HGV licence, or experience driving large vehicles, would be a bonus
• Flexibility to meet the demands of the late/night shift rota
• Strong work ethic and a team‑focused attitude
• Full training will be provided – including the opportunity to gain a PCV licence for the right candidate
