Job summary

Wiltshire Farm Foods is seeking a friendly delivery driver to join our team in Scotland. This role involves delivering frozen meals to customers’ doors and providing exceptional service in a coldstore environment at -20ºC, with protective clothing provided.

Part-time hours: 16 hours per week across any 2 in 6 days, including bank holidays. You must hold a valid UK manual driving licence for at least 2 years and be comfortable working in a team and engaging with customers to brighten their day.

Qualifications

• Experience within a customer service-based role.
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence.
• Basic computer literacy including use of phone apps.
• Evidence of work stability.
• Basic secondary education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver frozen meals to customers in a timely manner.
• Picking orders within the coldstore.
• Use app to update customers deliveries.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
• Undertake pre-shift inspection of your van.
• Drive safely and within the law.
• Clean and refuel your van as needed.
• Contact the office with discrepancies or delays.
• Ensure customer confidentiality.
• Assist the team when needed.
• Report health and safety issues.
