Job summary

Wiltshire Farm Foods is seeking a part-time delivery driver in Grantham to cover 24 hours per week across 3 days in 6, including bank holidays. You will deliver frozen meals and provide friendly, reliable customer service.

Working in a -20ºC coldstore environment, you will wear provided protective clothing, use our app to update deliveries and support the office and picking teams as needed. A full UK driving licence and basic computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Essential: Customer service experience, Full UK Manual Driving Licence, Basic computer literacy, Evidence of work stability, Basic secondary education.
• Desirable: Multi-drop delivery experience, Care-based role experience, Warehouse experience, Health & Safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Deliver frozen meals to customers in a timely manner
• Picking orders within the coldstore
• Using our app to update customer deliveries
• Delivering excellent customer service at all times
• Undertake pre-shift inspection of your van
• Drive safely, responsibly and within the law
• Clean and refuel your van as needed
• Contact the office with discrepancies or delays
• Ensure customer confidentiality
• Assist the office and picking teams when required
• Report health and safety, stock quality and mechanical issues
• Carry out local marketing activities to attract new customers
