Job summary

Aramark UK is seeking a Supervisor to lead a front-of-house team at Dale Barracks in Chester. You will guide staff, manage stock and rotas, and help deliver outstanding hospitality experiences on a 30-hour-per-week schedule.

You’ll train, supervise, and motivate the team, ensuring high standards and excellent guest service. A UK work history and DBS checks are required, with opportunities for career development within Aramark UK.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience is helpful, but training will be provided.
• Must have lived in the UK for the last 3 years and have the right to work.
• A positive attitude, excellent communication, and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer service daily.
• Support the Manager with stock control, staff rotas, and training.
• Maintain high standards by following cleaning schedules and hygiene protocols.
• Operate tills, handle cash, and explore upselling opportunities.
• Serve food and drinks while creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Share menu knowledge with customers and train new starters.
