The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy seeks an expert FP&A Manager to drive financial transformation for a £25m organisation with two charities. The London-based, Hybrid role offers a salary in the range £60,535–£68,962 FTE and reports to the Leadership Team. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and business modelling, partner with leaders, and improve reporting and dashboards.

Strong people leadership and coaching across teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial planning & analysis and leadership.
• Ability to model financial scenarios and present insights.
• Strong collaboration with leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning across CSP and affiliates.
• Develop dashboards and reporting to support decision making.
• Coach and develop financial skills across the organisation.
