Job summary

The Chartered Society Of Physiotherapy (CSP) is seeking an expert FP&A Manager to drive budgeting, forecasting and long‑term planning across the organisation and two charities. You will lead on financial reporting, dashboards and modelling, partnering with senior leaders to maximise value and minimise risk.

Based in London with hybrid working, you will train and coach staff, build financial literacy, and shape the organisation's financial strategy during a period of transformation for a £25m

Qualifications

• Lead on budgeting, forecasting and business modelling across the organisation.
• Build financial confidence and literacy at all levels and with stakeholders.
• Provide training and coaching to improve financial understanding and decision making.

Responsibilities
