Job summary

Unique Senior Care in Leamington Spa is seeking a part-time Night Care Assistant to support residents during the night. No prior experience is required as full, award-winning training is provided.

The role includes late bedtimes care, cleaning, laundry and admin tasks, and responding to emergencies, with occasional site-to-site work. The position offers £13.30 per hour plus holiday pay, a pension scheme, a refer-a-friend bonus, a birthday off with no sickness, monthly awards, wellbeing support,

Your Role

Working night shifts (Week 1: 2 nights, Week 2: 1 night), you'll be:

• Support residents with late bedtimes and night-time care needs

• Carry out cleaning of the development, laundry and admin tasks

• Provide reassurance overnight & respond to any emergency calls

• Floating between all our extra care sites.
