Job summary

Unique Senior Care is seeking a part-time Night Care Assistant for our Extra Care development in Leamington Spa. You will support residents during night hours, help with late bedtime routines and respond to emergencies, while maintaining a clean environment and handling light admin tasks.

No prior experience is required as we provide award-winning training and ongoing support to help you succeed in a caring, flexible role.

Your Role

Working night shifts (Week 1: 2 nights, Week 2: 1 night), you'll be:

• Support residents with late bedtimes and night-time care needs

• Carry out cleaning of the development, laundry and admin tasks

• Provide reassurance overnight & respond to any emergency calls

• Floating between all our extra care sites.
