Unique Senior Care in Leamington Spa is seeking a dedicated Night Care Assistant to join our friendly Extra Care development for residents aged 55 and over. This full-time night role focuses on supporting residents with late bedtimes, providing calm overnight reassurance, carrying out light cleaning, laundry and admin tasks, and responding to emergencies.

Your Role

Working night shifts (Week 1: 2 nights, Week 2: 1 night), you'll be:

• Support residents with late bedtimes and night-time care needs

• Carry out cleaning of the development, laundry and admin tasks

• Provide reassurance overnight & respond to any emergency calls

• Floating between all our extra care sites.
