Job summary

We Do Group in Central London is seeking a Part-Time Financial Controller. You’ll own management accounts, budgeting and cash flow, and work closely with the founders and senior leadership to shape performance.

This hands-on, commercial role involves analysing sales, margins and profitability, improving systems and processes, and bringing more finance in-house, while balancing three days per week with flexible working.

Responsibilities

• Owning management accounts and financial reporting
• Leading budgeting, forecasting and cash flow
• Getting underneath sales, margins and profitability
• Working closely with teams across the business
• Improving systems, reporting and processes
• Managing working capital and supplier relationships
• Supporting new ideas, opportunities and commercial decisions
• Helping bring more of the finance function in-house
• AR / AP / Payroll
