Job summary

CV Screen is hiring a Finance Manager (Part-Time) in Twickenham. The role covers 32 hours per week, reporting to the COO and overseeing reporting, budgets, controls and compliance to deliver a reliable finance service across the organisation.

The successful candidate will have ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent, senior finance experience, and the ability to prepare accounts and manage payroll, banking and cash flow. Education-sector experience would be highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
• Senior experience in a finance leadership role.
• Confident in preparing accounts and financial reports.
• Experience managing payroll, banking and receivables.
• Education sector experience would be highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day finance operations and reporting.
• Prepare management accounts, forecasts and reconciliations.
• Oversee payments, invoicing, credit control and cash flow.
• Coordinate payroll, pensions and banking activities.
• Support budgets, year-end accounts and external audits.
• Maintain effective financial controls and compliance.
• Improve finance systems, automation and processes.
• Provide clear financial information to support decision-making.
