Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Part Time Finance Assistant to join our Bath-based finance team on a permanent basis. You will support purchase ledger tasks, reconciliations, and basic account management, ensuring accurate processing of supplier invoices and timely reporting.

You’ll work closely with the finance team in a friendly, professional environment, handling daily ledgers, bank reconciliations, and month-end tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable and purchase ledger processes.
• Proficient with Xero accounting software and basic reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing invoices.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and maintain accounts payable ledger.
• Perform reconciliations and resolve discrepancies with suppliers.
• Handle rent checks and service charges as part of receivables.
• Assist month-end close and year-end preparation with the FC.
