Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is helping a Corby-based business find a Finance Administrator for a part-time, temp-to-perm role. The ideal candidate will have Sage Accounts experience and be comfortable with invoice processing and general finance tasks. Flexible hours and an immediate start are on offer.

You will join a small finance team, handling invoicing, data entry and ledger administration while maintaining accurate records and supporting day-to-day finance operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Finance Administrator or Accounts Assistant role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and within a small team.
• Experience with invoice processing and posting.

Responsibilities

• Posting and processing invoices.
• Supporting general finance administration.
• Updating and maintaining financial records.
• Checking invoices and supporting documentation.
• Assisting with purchase and sales ledger administration.
• Data entry and maintaining accurate records.
• General office and administrative duties as required.
