FitzRoy in Atherstone is seeking Female Support Worker (Complex Needs) for part-time day or waking night shifts to support a young woman with autism and diabetes. You will help her transition to independent living, with a focus on life skills, health management, and building confidence within a close-knit team.

Two days: 14-hour day shifts per week and 1 waking night role at 30 hours weekly. No prior care experience required; full training provided. Weekend work may be required.

• Day Shifts: £13.20 per hour
• Waking Nights: £13.60 per hour

Shifts

• Days: 8am to 10pm
• Waking Nights: 10pm to 8am

We're currently recruiting for:

• 1 x Waking Night Support Worker (30 hours per week)
• 2 x Part Time Day Support Workers (14-hour shift per week)

FitzRoy are looking for caring, confident and energetic Female Support Workers to join a specialist support team in Atherstone.

You'll be supporting a young woman with autism and diabetes as she transitions from a secure setting into her own home and community. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a close-knit team helping someone build independence, confidence and a life filled with choice and opportunity.

No two days are the same. One day could involve a trip out in the community, the next supporting with life skills, hobbies, exercise, shopping, cooking or helping achieve personal goals.

This is a 2:1 support package, meaning you'll always be working alongside another colleague to provide safe, consistent and person-centred support.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting a young woman to live independently in her own home
