FitzRoy in Atherstone is seeking Female Support Worker (Complex Needs) for part-time day or waking night shifts to support a young woman with autism and diabetes. You will help her transition to independent living, with a focus on life skills, health management, and building confidence within a close-knit team.

Two days: 14-hour day shifts per week and 1 waking night role at 30 hours weekly. No prior care experience required; full training provided. Weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required.
• Willingness to work weekends as part of a rota.
• Driver with own vehicle is preferred due to service location.

Responsabilités

• Support a young woman to live independently in her own home.
• Encourage hobbies, interests and community activities.
• Promote independence, confidence and life skills.
• Support with personal care when required.
• Help manage health needs, including diabetes (training provided).
• Build positive relationships through consistency and trust.
• Work as part of a dedicated specialist support team.
• Complete clear and accurate records.
