Job summary

Roman Originals is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our store team as a Part Time Sales Assistant across 2 days, including weekends. You will help deliver a high standard of customer service, support visual merchandising, and assist with till operations.

You should be flexible, fashion conscious, a committed team player, and able to identify customer needs while maintaining store housekeeping and health and safety standards. Previous customer-facing experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Must deliver excellent customer service in a retail setting.
• Good fashion sense and knowledge of trends.
• Be a reliable, collaborative team member.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is beneficial.
• Willingness to be flexible with hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high housekeeping standards on shop floor and back of house.
• Provide excellent customer service and exceed expectations.
• Identify customer needs and answer product-related queries; share product knowledge.
• Apply and maintain visual merchandising standards in line with floor plans and stock availability.
• Uphold health and safety standards; keep workplace clean and tidy.
• Operate the store till accurately and according to procedures.
