Job summary

Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for a qualified Family & Systemic Psychotherapist registered with UKCP (or equivalent) to join our Wiltshire-based multidisciplinary team. This part-time role (28 hours per week) focuses on specialist assessment and evidence-based family interventions for adults with eating disorders and their families.

Qualifications

• Registered with UKCP or equivalent professional body.
• Experience delivering family and systemic psychotherapy for adults with eating disorders.
• Ability to manage complex caseloads and provide supervision/teaching.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist systemic assessment and formulation for inpatients with eating disorders and co-occurring issues.
• Deliver evidence-based family/systemic psychotherapy to patients, families, and carers.
• Offer group supervision sessions to the MDT.
• Manage a complex caseload with autonomous clinical decision-making.
• Support staff in developing systemic thinking through teaching and supervision.
• Provide systemic consultation to MDT colleagues on care, risk, engagement and recovery.
