Job summary

Oxford Health Family Therapist position in the Wiltshire Community Eating Disorder Service seeks an experienced clinician to conduct specialist systemic assessments and provide family and systemic psychotherapy for adults with eating disorders in a community setting. The post involves supervision and consultation within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Masters level qualification in systemic psychotherapy.
• Registration as a systemic psychotherapist with UKCP or equivalent body.
• First professional qualification in a relevant discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist systemic assessment and formulation for adults with eating disorders.
• Deliver evidence-based family and systemic psychotherapy interventions to patients, families, carers, couples and networks.
• Offer group supervision sessions to the MDT.
• Manage a complex caseload with autonomous clinical decision-making.
• Support staff in developing systemic thinking and practice through teaching, consultation and supervision.
• Offer highly specialist systemic consultation to MDT colleagues regarding systemic aspects of care, risk, engagement and recovery.
