Job summary

Pytchley CE Primary School is seeking a part-time Family Support Worker (5.5 hours per week) for a fixed term to August 2027. You will support pupils and families to thrive at school and at home, working with children, families, staff and external agencies to provide guidance, support and early intervention where needed.

Qualifications

• Collaborate with the school community, agencies, children and parents to remove barriers to learning.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare both at home and at school.

• Maintain effective communication across groups and organisations to ensure support.
