Job summary

Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust is recruiting a Facilities Assistant for Shepshed Health Centre. The role is part-time (12.5 hours per week), Monday to Friday, 7:45am to 10:15am, within the Estates and Facilities Directorate.

You will deliver patient-focused portering, cleaning and catering services across Trust sites. We offer a supportive NHS environment with flexible working, Friday and weekend enhancements, and opportunities for induction and training.

Qualifications

• Patient-focused facilities support experience preferred.
• Ability to work across portering, cleaning and catering duties.
• Flexible, reliable team member with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and regenerate patient meals at ward level daily.
• Provide cleaning and domestic services meeting NHS cleanliness standards, including linen washing.
• Offer portering services, transport linen carts and assist with patient moves as required.
