Job summary

Pan Intercultural Arts is a charity using the arts to drive social change, supporting refugees, survivors of trafficking, and underserved youth. The Executive Director will work with the Artistic Director to steer strategic growth, financial resilience, governance, and stakeholder engagement.

Operating with a lean team, the ED ensures financial sustainability, venue income, and partnerships, while upholding safeguarding and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Senior leader with charity or social enterprise governance experience.
• Track record of securing funding and hitting targets through diverse streams.
• Experience in business development and leveraging a building/venue for income.

Responsibilities

• Provide joint leadership with the Artistic Director to grow Pan Intercultural Arts.
• Oversee strategic planning, budgeting, and quarterly management accounts.
• Lead fundraising strategy and relationships with funders and trustees.
• Ensure governance, compliance, safeguarding, HR and contractual obligations are met.
• Advocate for Pan at public events and manage communications strategy.
