Soul City Arts is seeking a Managing Director to provide strategic, organisational and business leadership to take the organisation to its next stage of development. You will work with the Board, Artistic Director and Senior Producer to shape strategy, income generation and governance, ensuring financial sustainability and capacity for ambitious artistic work.

The role focuses on building a strong business model, diversifying income, and creating systems to support ongoing growth and resilience

Qualifikationen

• Significant senior leadership or management experience within an arts, cultural, charitable, social enterprise, public or other purpose-led organisation.

• Lead organisational strategy and business planning to support artistic ambition.
• Oversee financial position, budgets, forecasting, reserves and risk.
• Build high-level strategic relationships with funders, partners and stakeholders.
