EE Gosforth in Jarrow is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our busy contact centre. This part-time role offers 20 hours per week in the evenings, with a start date from October 2026 onwards.

You will handle incoming calls from existing EE customers to help them find the best deals on phones and broadband, and guide them through our product range while delivering excellent service.
