Job summary

EE Gosforth is seeking a Customer Service Advisor in Sunderland to join our evenings contact centre team. You will answer incoming calls, help customers find the best mobile and broadband deals, and match them with the right EE products.

This part-time role offers 20 hours per week with evening shifts 3pm–9pm and alternating Saturdays. A starting salary around £26k with uncapped commission and strong benefits awaits.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and energetic personality with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or contact centers is helpful.
• Fluent English with good listening and conversational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best mobile and broadband deals.
• Explain product features and navigate customers to suitable EE products.
• Build rapport with customers, identify needs, and meet or exceed targets.
