EE Gosforth is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to handle incoming calls from existing EE customers, guiding them to the best mobile and broadband deals. This part-time role requires evening shifts and a 20-hour workweek, with start dates from October 2026.

You’ll be part of a lively contact centre team, trained to listen, understand needs, and match customers to the right products while enjoying uncapped commission and flexible hours to balance life and work.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, energetic and love talking to people.
• Experience in retail or hospitality is helpful.
• Able to deal with customers and find best deals on products.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on phones and broadband.
