Job summary

Brook Street in Wetherby is seeking a Cleaner for an immediate start. The role is part-time, evenings, with 15-20 hours weekly in a temporary contract until October Half Term. DBS is required and reliability is essential. Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not essential.

The successful candidate will join a busy organisation and contribute to maintaining high cleanliness standards across classrooms and communal areas.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS certificate required.
• Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning classrooms, corridors and communal areas.
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately.
• Vacuuming, mopping and dusting.
• Cleaning toilets and washroom facilities.
• Ensuring all areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness.
• Following health and safety procedures at all times.
