Job summary

Bell Cornwall Recruitment is seeking a Part-Time Compliance Officer in Worcester to support compliance, policy management and regulatory requirements across an education provider. The role is 4 days per week on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

The ideal candidate will have prior compliance experience in education, with strong knowledge of UK regulatory requirements, excellent attention to detail and effective communication skills. Pro rata salary reflects part-time hours and experience.

Qualifications

• Previous compliance experience, ideally within education
• Strong knowledge of UK compliance and regulatory requirements
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong communication skills
• The ability to work to deadlines

Responsibilities

• Review and maintain college policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding, GDPR, health & safety and statutory requirements
• Support inspections, audits and compliance reporting
• Liaise with internal teams and external agencies
• Maintain accurate records and provide general administrative support
