Salary: From £27,000 pro rata + tax-free bonus | Location: Remote (covering the Somerset area) | Role: Early Years Trainer | Hours: 32 per week, ideally over 4 days
Are you a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager ready to take the next step in your career? As an Early Years Trainer with Connect2Care, you’ll have the chance to share your knowledge and experience, shaping the next generation of childcare professionals. This role allows you to stay connected to the sector you love while offering flexibility through remote work, traveling to meet apprentices, and making a real difference in their careers.
Your typical week will include around 3 days of travel to visit apprentices in your region, with the remaining days spent working from home.
