About Early Years Ltd. is partnering with a welcoming prep school in Kingston upon Thames to recruit a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner on a permanent, part-time basis.

You will join a school community with outdoor space and work with 2–4 year olds, fostering confidence, curiosity and development in a warm environment. The role offers two daily time slots, Monday to Friday, providing a balanced, school-based setting away from a traditional nursery.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years Practitioner qualification required.
• Experience in an early years setting is desirable.
• Ability to work with children aged 2–4 in a prep school environment.

Responsibilities

• Support learning and development activities for children aged 2–4.
• Create engaging, nurturing learning experiences in a warm setting.
• Collaborate with the school team to support child confidence and curiosity.
